Nominee - Mariano Olmeda began his professional career at Arthur Andersen where he remained for almost six years. He has been Deputy General Manager of Banco Santander in the Santander Global Banking & Markets division. Over the last 30 years he has been responsible for the global CREDIT area, which mainly includes Structure Finance, Bonds and Syndicated Loans. Subsequently, he was responsible for Spain and Portugal for CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking). In the last years of his time at Banco Santander, he was responsible for Global Credit Watch (Restructuring). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of INFORMA D&B. Executive - Jorge has been CEO of Metrovacesa since 2016, with over €2.5 billion of assets under management. Metrovacesa is one of Spain's leading real estate companies, with one of the most valuable and attractive land banks in the country. Jorge joined Metrovacesa to reorganise the company and relaunch its development activity after the economic crisis in Spain, leading the company's IPO in 2018. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Pérez de Leza was Managing Director for Europe at Grupo Lar from April 2005 to November 2016, Managing Director of European Operations at Excite @ Home from September 1998 to December 2005 and worked at Boston Consulting Group from September 1991 to September 1998. In addition, Mr. Pérez de Leza is a member of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Association and an associate professor in the Master in Real Estate Development at IE University. Lucas is a partner at Hogan Lovells International in Madrid, in the commercial practice area, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He is a recognised expert in infrastructure projects and transactions, with particular emphasis on PPPs and regulated sectors. Lucas is State Counsel (currently on leave of absence). He acted for more than a decade as general counsel and general secretary of the Ibex-35 listed company Cintra (Grupo Ferrovial), one of the world's leading transport infrastructure companies, where he gained extensive experience in M&A transactions and corporate law in general. In addition, Lucas has served as board member and/or board secretary of multiple companies, some of them listed companies such as the UK's BAA or ESSA. Since joining Hogan Lovells, Lucas has led multiple asset and corporate sales and acquisitions transactions, as well as corporate governance and shareholder disputes. He is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors of Metrovacesa. During his career in the Spanish public sector, Lucas was Chief State Lawyer at the Ministry of Social Affairs and at the Ministry of Education and Science, where he focused on administrative law, public procurement and regulated law. Finally, Lucas is a regular arbitrator in the main Spanish arbitration courts.
